Hi! I'm Carol, Dr. Costanzo's Office Administrator. I've been with Dr. Costanzo since he started his practice, bringing over 35 years of Dental Management experience with 21+ years in the Orthodontic field. I'm excited to be on the ground floor of this excellent practice and working with such a great staff!

A fair amount of my time is spent behind my desk on management duties. Our patients though, are a priority so I strive to be available at all times to assist them in any way possible. Some days you might even find me seating patients or helping to sterilize instruments. It's whatever it takes to put our patients first in our office.

I also have the pleasure of consulting with each of our patients in regards to their personal treatment plan before they become our newest "Brace Face". Not only do we pride ourselves in delivering excellent orthodontic treatment but we think our communication with our patients far exceeds most standards. It truly is a joy to work in a place where staff cares so much about their patients.

In my personal life I'm proud to share that I've been married over 30 years to my best friend. I have two grown boys with families of their own. I have four grandchildren and am very active in their lives, helping with homework, special projects, and volunteering at the school. We camp, fish, hunt, bike, hike etc. etc. etc. Whenever the opportunity arises though, I head off to my favorite place - the coast, where I unwind, and meditate on life.

I was born and raised in Fresno and I graduated from Roosevelt High in 1993. Next, I attended San Joaquin Valley College and graduated in Business Administration. I have been in orthodontics since 1999.

My husband and I have three children. Moses, Brittany and Isaac, that's where all my free time is spent. If I'm lucky I can sneak to the mall to do some damage. I have been very fortunate to be apart of this amazing crew since 2003.

Hi, I'm Lisa. I was born in France and have traveled all over the world as an "Army Brat", before settling in Fresno. I've worked in orthodontics since 1987. I have had the joy of working with Dr. Costanzo since October 2004.

I spend most of my spare time with my daughter Meagen, my family and my great friends.
