Dr. Costanzo belongs to the following societies: The American Association of Orthodontists, California Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association; and he is a past president of the Fresno-Madera Dental Society. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
